First Scene, in collaboration with Keith Hambrook of South Seas Design, now offers a creative event design and theming service.

FREE, NO-OBLIGATION CONSULTATION

We will meet you at First Scene where you can view our props and discuss your ideas and requirements for your upcoming event.

EVENT THEMING PROPOSAL

Should you decide you need more imput around event design and theming, for a set fee ($400 + GST) we can provide you with a proposal that includes concepts and theming ideas, a venue recce if necessary, visuals and floorplans, as well as a recommended list of props and other theming elements.

PROPS INSTALLATION

We can provide an installation service specifically tailored to suit your event, your needs and budget. Typically it would include:

  • Logistics around transport and the pack in
  • Setting up the props (rigging backdrops, dressing and styling the sets)
  • Pack out and returns

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We also offer add-ons such as backstage management including micing, wardrobe and standby props as well as talent and client support during the event.
