Jo Pilkington
General Manager

Jo spent years in the music industry in London before returning to NZ because she missed Tip Top Trumpets and Pohutukawa trees. Jo joined First Scene three years ago after two decades in Event Management. In that time she has almost fulfilled her fantasies for dressing up from the Fetish aisle. In her spare time she listens to tragic ‘80s rock ballads and knits beanies for the staff.

Sara is our 'newbie' part-timer, who can be found fondling the paisley and twin-sets in our 1950's-70's aisle. She has been known to hoard vintage fabric, make 'stuff' out of felt while watching BBC Nature Docos (anything with David Attenborough!) and drinking excessive amounts of tea.

Virginia Frankovich

Frequently asked "What are you dressed up for?" during her daily routine, Virginia believes every day is a special event.
