Events and Prop Hire Co-ordinator

Join the dynamic team at First Scene to proactively support our Props Dept team. As the largest props and costumes supplier in Aotearoa you’ll be dealing with a huge range of clients, designing prop installations for small parties to large conferences and everything in between.

Based in our Avondale premises, this role is responsible for the design and inception of events from the first meeting with the client to the pack down of the event. You’ll possess a creative eye and understanding of onsite event logistics. When you’re not working on events you’ll be interacting with our customers at our premises, providing great customer service and taking our client’s ideas to the next level. 

This role would suit someone who displays the following:
• super confident
• a strong relationship builder
• an excellent communicator
• a strong focus on customer service
• proven creative ability in relation to event or set design
• works to tight timeline when onsite
• has excellent written and oral skills
